Order & Processing Time
All jewellery pieces are custom-made with care.
Processing time: 7 to 15 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Expected delivery: Within 15–20 days after order confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India (and internationally, where applicable).
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Aarambh Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or strikes.
Return & Replacement Policy
We follow a 15-day return/replacement policy from the date of delivery.
Returns/replacements are only applicable if:
The product is received damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault.
Proof of damage (photo/video) is shared within 48 hours of delivery
Replacement will be processed after verification and approval.
Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery is non-returnable unless damaged.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed.
Refunds (if eligible) will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Product Details & Pricing
We ensure all product descriptions, weights, and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur due to manual craftsmanship.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
In case of a pricing error, Aarambh Jewels reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.
Warranty & Care
Our jewellery comes with a quality guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear, improper handling, or chemical exposure (perfume, sweat, etc.) is not covered under warranty.
Customers are advised to handle jewellery with care and store it safely.
Liability Disclaimer
Aarambh Jewels is not responsible for:
Delays due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling.
Allergic reactions due to metals/stones (please check product details before purchase).
